Shame about upload speed

I don't know what it was, but my uploads were always so slow, and I know for a fact it wasn't to do with my PC or other programs operating on my PC either. Their support team were real helpful but in the end I had to grab my files and run to another provider. It's a shame as Fileswap seem like a promising company
