Very satisfied
Elephant Drive offers a lot of options that will please those who love choice when it comes to subscriptions. The service was good and haven't had to use after care or make any calls or emails. Recovery was easy as was the other range of features that are straight forward and easy to become familiar with. Recommended cloud backup for sure!
Works for me
I don't know if it's the best one around, but for someone like me who is always on a train it couldn't be better. I only use it for basic online backup and so for me this is fine. It doesn't have that many features but for me it's a handy little gadget. Pleased customer.
No Good for me!
I have been using Elephant Drive for under a week and already I'm fed up with it. I cannot upload large files and even worse there's a limit to how much I can backup. I download and watch a lot of films, and I can't back them up along with my music libraries so this is no good for me, or anyone who needs a lot of space to back-up stuff.
Never Forget With Elephant Drive
I've been with Elephant Drive going on about six months I think. They produce some of the fastest file transfers around and that's why I don't mind paying a little more for a non-unlimited plan. I get just enough storage space to make me happy. If you want speed then Elephant Drive is number one.

Elephant Drive has always helped me right when I needed it to. Their program is fast and reliable and saving my files to their cloud backup couldn't be much easier. Overall I like everything about Elephant Drive and I'm trying to get my job to start using their services also. I have only had to call tech support once, but it was because of a mistake that I had made.

I have Elephant Drive on my computer and I don't have any complaints. It was easy to install and set up, and I haven't had any problems backing up or restoring my files. Their customer support has been helpful when I've needed to contact them and I really can't think of anything negative to say about them. Thumbs up!
Satisfied with program overall
Overall I would say that Elephant Drive is a good program. Sometimes it takes a while to download my files when I need to restore them, but maybe this is true of all backup programs. Or maybe it's just my Internet connection. I don't know, but either way I am satisfied with the program's performance and would recommend it to my friends.
Not impressed
I was disappointed by Elephant Drive's online backup service. I could never get the program to work correctly on my computer. Yes, customer support was very courteous and tried to help, but we just couldn't figure out why the program wouldn't work for me. I ended up having to try a different company, and I don't regret my decision to switch.
