Idle BackupsEaseUS ToDo Backup is a one click pc backup software program. It integrates well with Windows and is compatible with 2000/XP/Vista/7 & 8. I do feel that they may have over complicated their backup process though, by offering too many variations and options. Although it is a competent product there are many more equally as efficient pc backup providers online.
Value for Money:EaseUS is cheaper than some of the other pc backup software products currently on the market, but its support limitations and overly complex features make other online backup products a much more appealing prospect.
Features:EaseUS ToDo backup offers an extensive list of pc backup features. The problem is that many of these features are deviations from already adequate provisions. It boasts one click restore, set and forget automated backup and the ability to backup all file types. System snap shot is another useful feature which allows users to assess what may have caused system crash.
Summary:For what is a more than competent product they seem to have over complicated the explanation and unnecessarily increased the number of pc backup features. There are far simpler online backup providers available who are much easier to get to grips with.
Ease Of Use:I find this pc backup software relatively easy to use. By double clicking any ToDo Backup file, it opens like a folder allowing you to see what is backed up inside. This is also the easiest way to access the files you are looking to recover. I am still struggling to get over the complexity of the features on offer, especially when there are so many easier online backup systems available.
Customer Support:A simple, concise support system is in place. There is a technical FAQ section, a resource section full of product guides and a cooperation section for those looking to learn more about the company as a whole. Almost all support is email based, so if you are not US based do not expect an immediate reply. I have seen much better online support services from a variety of online backup providers and pc backup software.
It may not be in the top 10 but this program is quick! If I wasn't married already I'd walk this thing down the aisle... I'm a prude when it comes to new technologyh but I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to backup photos and family memories anyday
It's true, this data disaster really does hit every 1 in 3 people every so often. I am that number 1 unfortunately. But since installing and signing up with this app I don't need to worry it anymore. If I lost anything I just recover it with a few siomple clicks.
Easeus Todo Backup is your standard backup program with the addition of a few extra features that maybe everyone doesn't have. Or maybe they do...I don't tend to check them that often.
Everything seems to be in working in order apart from a few little things...the main one being the fact that the backup settings and recovery are a little bit overcomplicated. Maybe it's just me, but I thouhgt the idea was that backup as the minuimum was supposed to be 'one click' kind of stuff?
